Introduction
Stonkia is a browser MMO on Robinhood Chain. You play from a wallet with nothing to install. You gather, craft, cook, fight and trade across five realms, raise six skills to 99, and compete on weekly XP ranks that pay tokenized stocks from an on-chain reward vault.
Two currencies keep it straight. Gold comes from playing and never leaves the game. $STONK is the on-chain token for player trades, the Options Wheel and cashing out. Each $STONK trade pays a 3% tax, and 2% of it fills the Dividend Fund that pays the ranks.
Play at /play. Follow @StonkiaHQ for the launch and each week's payouts.
Account and wallet
Your wallet is your account. Privy opens a wallet picker (Robinhood Wallet, MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, OKX, WalletConnect). Email and social logins are off. After you connect, you sign one message with a single-use nonce. Signing is free and never sends a transaction. The server keeps the session for 7 days.
- Network: Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663, RPC
https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com, explorer robinhoodchain.blockscout.com. The wallet modal adds it for you. - Entry: characters made before launch are free and carry the Founder badge for good. From launch day, a new character burns $STONK straight to the dead address in one transaction.
- Characters: one per wallet. Rename from Skills, 3 to 16 letters or numbers.
- Sessions: opening the game in a second tab closes the first.
Your first session
You spawn on Main Street with a Copper Axe, a Copper Pick, a Fishing Rod and 5 Cooked Trout. A three-page intro covers the basics, then a nine-step tutorial walks you through the town. Each step pays gold. Finish it and you get . Skip it from the objective box and those rewards are gone.
Realms
Five realms share one character. Walk into a portal to travel. Safe realms never drop loot. The Bear Market is open PvP. The Dark Pool under Main Street has no PvP, but dying there still leaves a tombstone.
Portals and travel
Click a portal or walk onto it. You arrive next to the matching portal on the other side, and the game remembers your spot in each realm. The Dark Pool needs combat 5. The Bear Market needs combat 10.
Tombstones
Die in a safe realm and you wake at its spawn with full health and nothing lost. Die in the Bear Market or the Dark Pool and your whole bag plus half your carried gold drops into a tombstone for 5 minutes. Anyone can loot it, you included. You keep your equipped weapon and armor, and your bank is never at risk. You respawn on Main Street.
Movement and camera
Click a tile to walk, or hold WASD or the arrow keys. Movement is tile-based at ms per step and the server checks every step. The mouse wheel zooms. The minimap shows you in lime, players in white, monsters in red, stations in blue and portals in violet. Click the minimap to walk there.
Bag and hotbar
The bag holds slots and stackable items share a slot. Click an item to eat, equip, drop or pin it to the hotbar (keys 1 to 8). Tools work straight from the bag and the best tier you carry wins. You only equip weapons, armor and a companion.
Gathering
Stand next to a tree, rock or fishing spot and click it. Each gather takes about 2.4 seconds, less with a better tool and a higher level. A node runs dry after a few hits and grows back in about 25 seconds.
Skills
Six skills run from 1 to 99 on a RuneScape-style curve: level 50 needs XP and level 99 needs . Combat level sets your max HP (10 plus 2 per level) and your base attack.
Titles show under your name: Adept (any skill at 50), Champion (combat 70), Short Seller (10 PvP kills), Crash Survivor (took down Ursa), Grandmaster (any skill at 99).
Combat
Click a monster to attack. You walk next to it and swing every 1.5 seconds. Damage is your attack times a roll between 0.6 and 1.2, minus 40% of the target's defence. Attack is 3 plus 60% of combat level plus your weapon. Defence is 30% of combat level plus your armor. You hit back when attacked while idle. Out of combat you regenerate 1 HP every 8 seconds, and a combat level-up refills you.
Bulls vs Bears
Pick a side each week from the Bulls vs Bears panel (key B). A side scores its members' weekly XP, plus per boss kill and per PvP kill. A kill on the other side in the Bear Market counts double. Your pick locks until Monday 00:00 UTC. Live scores sit on the ranks page.
PvP and safe zones
Players can only fight in the Bear Market. Click another player there to attack. Everything you carry can drop, so bank first. Main Street, Blue Chip Woods and the Liquidity Pool are safe: no player damage and no loot loss.
Daily jobs
The Job Board south of the plaza gives you three jobs a day (UTC), picked for your levels. Claim the reward at the board.
Cooking and crafting
Cook raw fish at any fire. The Forge anvil on Main Street smelts ore into bars and forges weapons and armor. The Carpenter's Bench saws logs into planks.
Economy overview
Gold is earned and stays off-chain. $STONK lives on-chain. They meet on the Order Book. The sinks: the entry burn, shop purchases, the Options Wheel (half burned), the Order Book fee (half burned) and the gold lost in Bear Market deaths. Burns go to the dead address on-chain in 5-minute batches.
Gold and Otto's shop
You earn gold from monsters, jobs and selling to Otto the Broker, who pays 60% of an item's value. He sells tools, blades, armor and companions.
The Order Book
The Order Book north of the plaza lists items for gold now, and items or gold for $STONK after launch. Sellers keep 96%. On $STONK sales, 2% burns on-chain and 2% goes to the Dividend Fund. Gold sales pay the 4% as a gold sink. Listings stay up until someone buys them or you cancel. If your bag is full, bought items land in your bank.
Options Wheel
A $STONK spin costs $STONK: half burns, half funds the payout, and you win the full prize. Before launch you can spin for gold, which pays gold prizes at 40%.
$STONK
$STONK has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 on Robinhood Chain. The contract is not live yet. The address goes up here, in the site header and on X at launch. Every trade pays a 3% tax:
- 2% to the Dividend Fund, which buys tokenized stocks for the reward vault
- 0.5% to liquidity
- 0.5% to operations
In the game, $STONK sits in a custodial balance. Deposit by sending $STONK from the wallet you play with to the deposit address shown in your Wallet panel. It credits after one confirmation. Withdraw at the Custody Bank, up to a day. The $STONK board at spawn and Madame Ticker show the live price once it trades.
Dividend Fund and tiers
The Dividend Fund receives the tax share plus half of the Wheel and Order Book fees. Its size in ETH sets the tier, and the tier sets how many ranks get paid and which stocks sit in the pool. The Dividend Fund Vault on Main Street shows the live balance and the next tier.
Stock rewards and claims
The XP ranks close every ISO week, Monday 00:00 UTC. The server then signs an EIP-712 claim for each paid rank. Open the Wallet panel in the game, press Claim and confirm the transaction. The RewardVault contract checks the signature, pays once per rank and token, and enforces a daily cap per token. If your wallet can't hold a given stock token under its holder rules, that reward pays in $STONK.
Custody Bank
Vera's bank stores unlimited stacks. Deposit one or all, withdraw one, five or all. Banked items never drop. $STONK withdrawals to your wallet also happen here.
Companions
Companions are cosmetic pets with no stats. Otto sells them for gold. Equip one from your bag and it follows you through every realm. They trade on the Order Book like any other item.
Chat
Press Enter to talk to everyone in your realm. Messages show as bubbles over your head for a few seconds. System lines announce big level-ups, boss kills, rare loot and deaths in the drop realms.

Security and fair play
The server is authoritative. It computes every timer, roll and drop, and clients only send intents. Login is a signed message, never a transaction. The reward vault has per-token daily caps and a pause switch. Bots get banned, and XP is the only ranking.
Troubleshooting
- The game says Disconnected.
- Press Reconnect. If it keeps happening, reload the page.
- No wallet shows up.
- Install Robinhood Wallet, MetaMask or Rabby and reload. On mobile, open stonkia in your wallet's built-in browser or use WalletConnect.
- My tools won't equip.
- They aren't meant to. Tools work from the bag; only weapons, armor and companions equip.
- Is Robinhood involved?
- No. Stonkia is an independent game on Robinhood Chain, the public L2.
